Subscription Agreement

This Agreement applies to your purchase and use of Puffx subscription services. By purchasing or using a subscription plan, you agree to this Agreement, the User Agreement, and the Privacy Policy.

1. Subscription Service Scope

Subscription benefits may include high-definition generation, watermark-free saving, premium style templates, and priority support. Actual features shown in the in-app purchase page prevail.

Available plans may include monthly and yearly subscriptions, with prices and validity displayed in the App Store purchase interface.

2. Purchase, Billing, and Renewal

• Payments are processed by the App Store according to App Store rules.
• Service starts after successful payment.
• Unless required by law or App Store policy, activated subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
• For auto-renew plans, charges are deducted through your App Store account before renewal.
• You can cancel auto-renew at any time in App Store settings.

3. Your Rights and Obligations

• You may use all paid features included in your active plan period.
• You may contact us for subscription-related support.
• You must comply with laws and platform terms when using services.
• You must not share, transfer, lease, or sublicense subscription rights.

4. Platform Rights and Duties

• We may adjust subscription features or prices with reasonable in-app notice.
• We may suspend services if terms are violated.
• We implement security measures to protect processed non-personal data.

5. Suspension and Termination

Subscription ends when the paid period expires without renewal, or when auto-renew is canceled. We may also suspend service for violations, force majeure, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

6. Privacy and No-Face-Data Commitment

We again confirm: no facial information and no facial biometric data are collected throughout subscription service delivery.

7. Liability and Warranty

Subscription services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Within applicable law, liability limitations in this Agreement apply to service interruptions or availability risks not caused by our intentional misconduct.

8. Agreement Updates

We may update this Agreement according to service or legal changes. Continued use after effective updates means acceptance of the updated terms.
